To ensure peace of mind, we offer a standard 3 year/100,000km warranty on all vehicles and a 5 year/100,000km warranty on Hybrid Components. The Hybrid battery Extended care is available on all hybrids up to 15 years to give peace of mind.
3 year/100,000km mechanical warranty
3 years or 100,000km from new with no mileage limitations for the first year. This warranty covers any mechanical fault caused by a manufacturing defect.
3 year paintwork and surface rust warranty
3 year unlimited mileage cover protects against defects and surface rust as a result of a manufacturing defect.
12 year anti-corrosion and perforation warranty
12 year unlimited mileage cover that protects rust perforation affecting sheet metal body panels as a result of a manufacturing fault. This warranty can also be transferred to any future owner throughout the 12 year period.
Hybrid vehicles are designed and engineered to minimise the maintenance overhead. There are fewer parts that require servicing and those that do are inherently durable to extend service intervals. Hybrid components within the drivetrain system have a 5yrs/100,000km warranty to give peace of mind.
The Toyota Hybrid Battery Extended Care Programme has been carefully developed to provide you with reassuring protection where in the unlikely event of the Hybrid Battery failing, it will be replaced free of charge. Customers can benefit from our Hybrid Battery Extended Care which ensures an additional year or 15,000 Kms (whichever comes sooner) of care.
This can be renewed up to the 15th anniversary of the car's registration, with no limit on total mileage. Hybrid Battery Extended Care is included when you have a Hybrid Service carried out on your vehicle by the Toyota network. Taxi's are only eligible for 5 Hybrid Battery Health Checks. The Hybrid Health Check is included with every Hybrid Service.
Our Toyota Trained Technicians always make sure your car is more than serviced, it's been properly cared for. We only use genuine Toyota parts and offer a free Visual Health Check.
After this period, when you choose to service your vehicle in a Toyota Dealer or Authorised Repairer, not only will you get expert technicians, who only use genuine parts but we'll reward your loyalty with a 12 month Toyota Relax warranty. You can keep coming back for service up until it has completed 185,000 kms and can continue to benefit from Toyota Relax.
